Untouched Production and Control with our fully automatic typesetting line.
* Liquid solder printing is done on designed and produced PCBs with a fully automatic cream solder machine.
* PCBs with liquid solder applied are subjected to optical inspection to separate faulty ones or those with no solder applied.
* All components are placed on a PCB with liquid solder applied, using a fully automatic SMD placement machine,
without human contact and at very high speeds.
* Then, the typeset PCBs are passed through the Reflow oven to complete the soldering process.
* After the soldered products come out of the reflow oven, they are checked by passing them through Optical Inspection.
Thanks to our SMD Line, the assembly process of hundreds of LED Luminaire or LED Projector product PCBs
can be easily done per day.
